Great app!
I love how its very simple to use, since the only thing I enter is my weight, its easy to stay consistent (compared to other apps that ask way too many questions...)
Ive started this 1 week ago on Dec. 31, and already lost 5.1lb! I didnt starve myself, just walked an extra half an hour every single day and the biggest thing I think is that I was more conscious of my weight. Im now back to a healthy BMI of 24 and will continue to stay healthy and fit! :)
